What does long term mean?
It means anything from three months, but more usually six month renewable contracts
What sort of property do you have?
We have properties all over the island, from Orzola to Playa Blanca and ranging from room shares at €400 per month to luxury villas at €2000 per month

Will I have to pay to rent a property from you?
Yes you will – because of the shortage of long term accommodation here, we cannot charge the owners a fee for marketing their properties – they simply wouldn’t place them with us. Instead we charge the incoming tenant a one-off “finder’s fee”, which is payable only if we find you a suitable property.
How can I find out more?
Simply e-mail us via the link provided, let us know what you are looking for, and we’ll e-mail full particulars, with photos, of the properties we have which match your needs. Many of our clients from abroad reserve their properties on-line, but we are also very happy to take you out to view any of them, should you be visiting the island or already living here.
